Introduction

Odda is a trading name of Intercargo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05902566, with its registered office at 399 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, England, MK9 2AH.

These terms explain how the Odda Referral Scheme works, including who can participate, how rewards are earned, and the responsibilities of both the sender and the receiver.

How the referral scheme works

The Odda Referral Scheme allows eligible members to refer new customers to Odda. The process works as follows:

• Refer friends, colleagues, or business contacts.
• When they complete their first booking with Odda Couriers.
• You receive £25 in Odda credit added to your account.
• The receiver may separately receive £25 credit on their first booking when they sign up using the referral link.

Sender reward

The sender earns £25 in Odda credit after the referred customer completes their first qualifying booking.

This reward is added to the sender's Odda account once the qualifying booking is completed.

Receiver reward

The receiver may receive £25 credit on their first booking when they sign up using the referral link.

This reward is intended to support the receiver's first booking with Odda Couriers.

Unlimited referrals

There is no limit to how many people you can refer.

The more you share, the more credit you can earn.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your Odda account secure.

Do not sell, transfer, share, or allow another person to use your Odda account for the purpose of improperly earning or redeeming rewards.

Genuine participation

The Odda Referral Scheme is intended to reward genuine referrals.

You must not attempt to earn or redeem rewards through fake referrals, self-referrals where prohibited, duplicate accounts, fabricated businesses, collusion, manipulated transactions, artificial spending, fraudulent payments, unauthorised use of another person's account, automated systems or bots, or abuse of promotions.

Where Odda reasonably identifies suspected misuse, we may temporarily suspend rewards while we investigate.

Business accounts and employer obligations

Odda may be used by individuals booking deliveries on behalf of their employer, business or another organisation.

Where an individual is eligible to receive personal rewards in connection with business-related activity, that individual is responsible for ensuring that participation and acceptance of rewards are permitted by their employer, employment contract, applicable procurement policies, gifts and hospitality policies, conflicts-of-interest policies, and any other relevant workplace rules.

You must not claim or accept a personal Odda reward where doing so would breach a duty owed to your employer or another organisation.

Odda may restrict personal rewards for certain organisations, account types, roles or transactions.

Taxes

Rewards, gift cards, incentives and other benefits may have tax or National Insurance consequences depending on the circumstances in which they are earned or provided.

Where required by law, Odda may report rewards or incentives, account for applicable taxes or National Insurance contributions, request information from a participant, restrict the form in which a reward can be provided, or take other steps reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax obligations.

Participants remain responsible for their own tax obligations except to the extent that applicable law places responsibility on Odda or another party.

Cancellations and misuse

If a referral is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, charged back, reversed, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise found not to qualify, Odda may remove the corresponding reward from the sender's account.

Where you have already spent the reward, your account balance may become negative. Future rewards earned may be used to return the balance to zero before further rewards can be redeemed.

Odda will not remove rewards arbitrarily and will make adjustments based on the relevant transaction or scheme rules.

Changes to the scheme

Odda may develop or change the Odda Referral Scheme over time.

Where a change materially disadvantages members in relation to rewards they have already earned, Odda will aim to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

We will not retrospectively remove valid rewards merely because we change the scheme for future earning.

Personal information

Intercargo Limited is responsible for personal information processed in connection with the Odda Referral Scheme where it acts as controller.

We may process information relating to your Odda account, bookings, referrals, reward redemptions, and fraud prevention.

Relationship with other Odda terms

These terms should be read together with Odda's main Terms & Conditions , the Odda Privacy Policy , and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

If specific promotional terms conflict with these general referral terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion to the extent of the conflict.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If you participate as a consumer, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are acting as a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, subject to any different jurisdiction provisions contained in your main Odda agreement.

If you are acting as a consumer, you may have additional rights regarding where proceedings may be brought.

Ending Odda Rewards

Odda may discontinue the Odda Rewards programme.

If we decide to end the programme, we will aim to give members reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to redeem valid available points before the programme closes, subject to fraud prevention, legal requirements and circumstances outside Odda's reasonable control.

Intercargo Limited is responsible for personal information processed in connection with Odda Rewards where it acts as controller. We may process information relating to:

• Your Odda account
• Bookings
• Referrals
• Referrals history
• Fraud prevention
